Modern Look -- Old School Quality
Standard no-frills slow-cooker to replace our 14-year-old one that we loved. This new one has a beautiful modern look with the old-school quality that we like. We weren't ready to try a new cooker with digital computer/electronic/timer features--just more stuff to go wrong. This one is a couple quarts larger than our old one and works great for meals for our family of five with plenty of leftovers and/or extra for guests. The heating elements seem consistent with what we were used to and our recipes have turned out fine. Very Happy I Bought It
This is an excellent Slow Cooker. Controls are simple and easy to use. Works great. I just cooked roast, 1/2 potatoes and carrots on low for 12 hours and turned out perfect. Roast is browned first to get the blood out BTY. I measure a crock pot on how they cook on low. Old GE died and replaced it with this. Very happy I did. This is twice the cooker of the GE.
