Seller, using a remote fulfillment shipper, misrepresented the item in their description and technical aspect of a key feature, with full knowledge that they did not have the item as described. Although they offered a return and refund, the inconvenience of repackaging, transportation to return carrier, and not to mention the delay to our project that their misrepresentation and new sourcing has caused.
