Great on service and how quickly my item was shipped and how fast it arrived. It says it's a 2qt crock-pot (and it says so on it's box too), but when measuring water into it, it only holds 1 1/2 qt. Not happy about that. Haven't tried to see if it works yet. It does look great, and in perfect condition. I would still recommend brandsmartusa as they are great!
