The poles came all cracked, split. They are wider that 1.5". I bought 2" rings to fit, but they dont. All three are totally unusable.

The bamboo I purchased from this seller is not up to par. The bamboo color washes away . Terrible product, would not ever recommend this product to anybody. I only received partial credit and I can’t be able to use it around my pond with color fading away.

Package as described and well packaged. I immediately asked to cancel my order when I saw that the seller is selling the exact same items at a much lower price. Seller refused due to already shipped. I understand that we are working with an ebay system as I am also a seller. I also asked for the seller to give me the lower price. Guess that was not possible either. Seller should be consistent with pricing so this doesn't happen again to someone else.

A very positive transaction with this seller. Item as described, package in tact and delivered very quickly from USA. The only reason this is not 5 star is item is new, tag says 100% polyester (but breathable). Too early to tell if how material will perform over time and washings. Origin- China.
