the light fixtures were described as open box. there are very light scratches on the inside that no ONE will ever see once they are installed. therefor, I am very satisfied and impressed with the condition. they are pretty much brand new and still wrapped in plastic. so with the actual product , i am very pleased. the seller , however, is not bery transparent and does not respond to any messages and takes almost a week before shipping. work on communication, and this would be a five star seller

    Don't Waste Your Money

    Piece of junk took 38 minutes to cook one cup of,basically, rice glue. Also left a mess around it of rice juice. Needs an audible signal as well. Really unhappy with it.
